Join Swami Mukti for a holistic and deep experience of what Yoga is and the integration of yogic tools and principles into everyday life.

  • Begin the day with simple morning Asana and Pranayama.
  • Practice Karma Yoga - action with meditative awareness to increase your focus and efficiency.
  • Deeply relax with Yogic Sleep to gradually release deep tensions held in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
  • Experience the uplifting effects of Kirtan, in which mantras and music are combined to open the heart and bypass the mind.
  • Sense the power of Havan, an ancient fire ceremony that is performed to transform the environment and the people who take part in it.

  • Swami Mukti will share a healing meditation series to stimulate our Five Pranas, utilizing psychic sound, mudra, breath and visualization in order to activate the flow of the whole energetic field.
  • Be inspired when Swami Mukti sheds light on The Art of Living and Departing from a yogic perspective.
